Purchase a Freedom from Stress Package. This includes 6 x 1 hour customised meditation sessions, that can be taken over the course of the year.

As I truly care for your wellbeing, a 15 minute support call from Katherine, one month after you have completed your package, helps ensure you stay on track with maintaining a meditation practice as part of your daily routine.

Katherine Pinczuk will discuss various meditation options with you prior to the commencement of your meditation session so that maximum benefit can be gained from your experience.

Meditation sessions are conducted online. All you require to participate is a comfortable chair and access to: the internet, a smart phone, tablet, computer, or laptop.

Small group 6 week introduction to meditation course

6 X 1 hour weekly sessions facilitated live online by Katherine Pinczuk.

Some of the topics we will cover in this 6 week program include:

  • The cause and effects of stress and how the Relaxation Response is one of the most powerful methods for countering prolonged periods spent in the Flight-or- Flight-or-Freeze Response.
  • Essential breathing techniques to help counter the prolonged negative impact of stress on your wellbeing.
  • Practical and scientifically based mindfulness practices will be offered as a way of incorporating meditation into your already busy lifestyle.
  • An exploration of the various styles of meditation so that you have a toolkit of practices to continue with after the course.
  • Mantras and affirmations to create a more positive mindset.
  • How harnessing the power of gratitude can bring more joy into your life.
  • Sessions will conclude with a guided meditation, created by Katherine Pinczuk, where you will experience the many benefits of being fully focused in the here and now.

Classes will be live streamed via zoom, enabling interaction between the participants, as well as the facilitator, Katherine Pinczuk. Consequently, numbers are limited. A zoom link will be forwarded to you, via email, prior to commencement. All you will need to participate is a comfortable chair, access to the internet, and a smart phone, tablet, computer, or laptop.
