Welcome! I’m Katherine Pinczuk, the founder of MindLight.

I’d like to share something with you very dear to my heart. Shortly before my mother passed away, many years ago now, she wrote these words to me:

“I would simply like to put on paper, in my own words the little I have learned, and the little I know. And if this ‘little’ will help you a ‘little,’ I will be a very happy person indeed.”

MindLight was created to help you a ‘little.’ It is the little things in life that count. Day by day, small steps taken in the right direction, can have a huge impact on your body, mind and spirit, creating an extraordinary life.

As I think back over the challenges in my life I have come to understand that there was always a defining moment where I had a choice.

“Do I give up, or, do I find a way to turn breakdowns into breakthroughs?”

My mother’s words would echo in the back of my mind and ‘little by little,’ I’d find a way to move forward. Like many of us, I thought I’d been through it all.

The fallout, however, from an unprecedented time of chaos, goes deeper than we realize. We are collectively in unknown territory for which we have no compass, map or lantern to light our way forward.

Many people are experiencing an escalation in their already high levels of Stress, Anxiety, Fear and feelings of Emptiness.

We need to find a way to feel S.A.F.E that is not contingent on external circumstances.

Yes, things may never be the same again.

Is this necessarily a bad thing if we can find a way forward that is bigger and better than the past? It is important to appreciate that although things have changed, out of periods of destruction, some of the brightest forms of creation follow.

Many people are reassessing what is meaningful to them and where their priorities lie. A new found pleasure in being grateful for the simple things in life and valuing our physical and psychological wellbeing has become paramount.

Whilst I haven’t travelled your path, no one can, I’ve been through enough to know that sometimes “a little” can mean a lot!

As a response to the epidemic of stress that we are all challenged with, ‘little by little,’ MindLight will help you reduce stress, anxiety, fear and feelings of emptiness by becoming more empowered in the present moment.

About Katherine:

Katherine Pinczuk, the founder of MindLight is an Internationally Qualified Meditation Teacher with a Certificate in Meditation Teaching and Holistic Human Development, and a Diploma in Corporate Stress Management, from the Inner Voyage College. She is an executive member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists and the International Meditation Teachers and Therapists Association. Katherine, is an experienced author with a Master of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts (Humanities) with Distinction, from the University of Western Sydney.
