Day and night this ‘monkey mind,’ constantly agitates our thinking by rehashing what we might or might not have done differently in the past, or, fortune tells about the doom and gloom of possible futures. That’s the brain’s job after all to switch into survival mode to protect us from harm! However, it’s this downward spiral of perceived past mistakes and assumed future failures that haunts us, often leaving us feeling unenthusiastic and immobilized.

The good news is that by training the brain to become an observer of your thoughts and consciously choosing those that serve you better, you’ll begin to experience more satisfaction with your life.

Noticing an improvement in how you feel and react towards people, situations and things, will also make you feel better about being you!
